1st December 2009:  East India Club

We had a very successful gathering at the East India Club on 1 December with almost 100 OEs attending. The East India Club amalgamated with the Public Schools Club many years ago and is conveniently located in Central London, only 5 minutes from Charing Cross Railway Station.

It was pleasing to see that the event appealed to such a wide age range: the youngest OEs, Tom Morgan and Lee Staley, left in 2004 with the Father of the House, Brian Pickard, being from the class of 1940. There were particularly good turnouts from the 1983, 1990 and 1998 years.

We would like to have a similar event in Central London next year. If anyone has any suggestions for alternative venues please let us know.
